Booking terms & house rules
Booking
- A booking is confirmed once we have received the deposit and sent you a written confirmation by e-mail.
- Prices are in euros and are sent with your personal offer. The tourist tax is included in the price.
Payment
- A deposit of 50% of the total price is due within 7 days of the offer and confirms the booking.
- The remaining 50% is paid on the day of arrival.
- No security deposit is charged.
Cancellation
- If you cancel 30 days or more before arrival, we refund the deposit in full.
- If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is not refunded.
- If you leave early or arrive late, the booked price still applies.
- We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation.
Arrival and departure
- Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 10 am.
- The minimum stay is 5 nights, with arrival on any day of the week.
- Croatian law requires every guest to be registered on arrival, so please have a valid passport or ID card ready for each guest.
House rules
- The villa may be used by up to 8 guests plus 2 on extra beds (10 in total), as registered in the booking. Babies are welcome; a cot and high chair are available on request.
- Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement.
- Smoking is allowed only outside, on the terrace.
- Parties and events are not allowed. Small gatherings within the number of booked guests are possible on request.
- There is no lifeguard at the pool. Using the pool is at your own risk, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Please use the komin and fireplace carefully, never leave a fire unattended, and follow local fire-safety rules in summer.
- Please treat the house and garden with care. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause beyond normal wear.
- Please close windows and doors and switch off the air conditioning when you leave the house.
Liability
- We are not liable for loss of or damage to guests' belongings, or for injuries caused by guests' own negligence.
- If the villa cannot be provided because of circumstances beyond our control, we refund all payments received.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Croatian law. If any part is invalid, the rest remains in force.
